I like the fact that they are all functional training. So many exercise videos are just processed crud. These workouts are very different and very good.

Kettlebells rock!

I'm a fan of the Coach Hacker apps. They are easy, safe, and you get results. The kettlebell is now one of my favorite exercise tools and the exercises in the Asymmetric Kettlebell app are great for most any fitness level. This doesn't mean his exercises are easy, just that they are good for everyone. Once again, Coach Hacker offers an app that folks can actually use (and clearly understand), and really benefit from. Well Done!
